Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. By carefully reviewing the contents, you will agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you refuse to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you cannot commission me, or use any of my products.

The terms and prices are meant for PERSONAL COMMISSIONS only. The ToS will be updated regularly during the time I work on the commission if necessary, and these changes will be applied to the follow-up commissions after the update period. The updated ToS will take effect immediately after being updated.

I have the right to use the finished products to distribute, reproduce, self-promote, post on social media, and use as commission samples. I do not own the copyright of the character(s) and the character's design(s) in the commissions.

The commission is only used for non-commercial purposes: gifts, personal display prints, avatars, wallpapers, and posting on social media (with direct link(s) and credit to the artist). The drawings shall not be further modified or be reproduced for any other purposes. Do not use the commision work to participate in domestic and foreign competitions.

For commissions used as gifts, please notify me in advance. The use rights for the receiver will be limited as the term above.

Sketches and images provided by me shall only be used for personal purposes (as stated above). Client does not have the right to use my sketches to commission other artists. Do not trace, edit, distribute, or reproduce to profit from commission’s sketch.

If you have any questions regarding the usage of commissions, please contact me directly to ask for permission.

Commissions shall not be used for blockchain technology-related matters; including NFT, virtual currency, and other future inventions of this technology.

100% down payment. For commission with price over $600, the payment can be divided into 50% - 50%. I will only send over the sketch after receiving 100% of the payment.

Payment in USD via Paypal. If the payment is not received within 7 days from the quotation date, the commission will be canceled. I will work in order of payment (first come first serve working order).

Full refund = The net amount I received after Paypal transaction fee deduction.

In circumstances that I cannot finish the commission: + 100% refund when I have not started. + 80% refund when the sketch is completed.

When the commission is partly finished. the refund will depend on the agreement of both parties and limited use rights (that is, the sketch and photos of the process provided by me will not be used under any circumstances)

NO refund under any circumstances once the work has started or after the completed commission is delivered. Reasons such as dissatisfaction with the commission or unwillingness to continue the order will be rejected. Please check and review the provided images during the commission period carefully so that both parties can make timely changes.

Please provide image materials and detailed descriptions of the characters appearing in the commission. I will not accept the order if there is no clear character’s image(s). I do not do Character design. You can use your own drawing(s) as reference(s) for the commission. It is recommended to have a detailed brief on the actions, expressions, moods, and scenery...

I will work in order of payment. Customers who want to receive the finished product at a specific time should notify me when placing the order. If I need to change the scheduled deadline to another day, you will be notified in advance.

The time taken to complete the order ranges from a week to a months depending on factors such as health, unexpected work, and the complexity of the commission. If anything happens and slows down the process, a notification will be sent out as soon as possible.

I will provide concept sketch - detailed sketch - outline version - finished version. Please try to give feedback as soon as possible to complete the drawing.

After obtaining the concept sketch, you can request to edit the layout, body shape, and the overall commission. After agreeing on the concept sketch, I will make a detailed sketch. At this phase, I will only edit small details that do not affect the overall drawing. If you want to edit more than the above, an additional fee will incur. Errors in the design of the character will be corrected free of charge. When receiving the sketch, please review and provide the correction request (if any) no later than 5 days. After 5 days, I will not accept the request and will continue to complete the drawing.

The completed commission will be emailed as a high quality .png image file with a small watermark. Working files (.psd, .csp) will not be included.

My forte is drawing female characters, characters with feminine features and modern concepts. I cannot draw in the style of cyberpunk, fantasy, future...

Private Commission: +20% Total commission price. Please notify me in advance if you want to order this type of commission.

Commercial Commission: Please contact via email to discuss the details. Commercial work is subjected to higher rates and follow different terms. By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to the terms and prices.

All prices below are base prices, exclusively for _ commissions not for commercial purposes_. The factors that add up to the prices are: complex character designs, the number of characters in the commission, complex background, and the amount of detail in general.
